Kenna Crouch is a yogini and performing artist. She grew up dancing classical ballet, jazz and tap in the SF Bay Area. In college, she expanded into the moving world of contemporary dance and yoga. She feels blessed to share with others her passion, knowledge and experience in the creative and complimentary fields of yoga and dance. Kenna holds a BA in Dance & Sociology from UC San Diego (‘08), and she has been practicing various disciplines of yoga since the age of 18, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, Bikram and Anusara. Kenna began teaching Hot Yoga in 2008 and fell in love with teaching yoga to others! She teaches all over north county San Diego to people of all ages and abilities. Kenna has completed 200 hour Anusara Yoga studies with Sherry Schreck, and she is loving every twist and turn on her ever-evolving, yogic path. Kenna also dances and teaches with the professional modern dance company Patricia Rincon Dance Collective. When not dancing or saluting the Sun, Kenna finds inspiration in nature, traveling, healing arts, music and meditation. Kenna blends these elements into her classes to not only make it fun and fresh, but also to help facilitate the connection of mind-body-soul during practice. OM NAMA SHIVAYA.
